Mollie was the second daughter of Jim Donoghue and Mary Sullivan, born in 1909.
Mollie and her sister Norah emigrated the same day to Edgeware, Middlesex, North London.
At first she worked in a factory in Colindale and subsequently in the laboratory at Edgeware General Hospital until her retirement.
Molly had great love for her local Parish Church, St. Anthony's. She spent 40 years in The Legion of Mary until her health declined. She received the Bene Merenti medal in 1977 in recognition for her apostolic work throughout the parish. She died on July 27th 1995 and is buried in Milhill Cemetery in a shared grave with her brother Joe.
