Nancy Clancy, 1822-1917, was a daughter of John Clancy, c1800-c1835, and Mary Elizabeth (Ahearn) Clancy, c1799-c1835. She was born on 04 Feb 1822 in Waterford, Ireland. She sailed from Cove of Cork with ther family for Rio de Janeiro in about July to September of 1827 and never returned to Ireland. For her I have her death certicate, a lengthy obit, and her interviews with a Dover, NH, newspaper for her birthday in 1915 and again in 1917.
