Patrick Barrett is my great grandfather. He was born Jan 7 1852. He arrived in NYC, USA on July 22, 1869 on the SS.Virginia. He became a US Citizen and lived in Grafton Massachusetts. He died on 5/16/1891.
His naturialization papers say he came from Galway county, no city was listed. His parents were Martin and Bridgett Barrett. He married Bridget Fahey (her parents were John and Ellen) and they had 5 children:
