Patrick McEnroe was one of about 7 children born to James Mcenroe and Ellen "Clarke" McEnroe. The last surviving child who died in the 1950's and still lived in the homestead located in townland of Coppanagh was Andrew who died of injuries suffered in the farm. The youngest of the children "Ellen" died in her 20's of hysteria.
