Patsy was second son of Jim Donoghue and Mary Sullivan born in 1914.
He went to The Glen School and when his father died in 1944 he inherited the
farm in Ballynabloun.My mother had another farm adjoining it.Patsy never married and my father
Jeremiah O Leary when he married mother came in as a cliamhain isteach to the Donoghue house.
Patsy was a good farmer and very good with horses.He died at age 68 and is buried with his parents in
the old cemetery in St. Finan's Bay, The Glen.
