  • Have you checked the Ulster Historical Foundation in Belfast?  One of the staff there, and an author of several books, is Dr. William Roulston.  He has a cousin in the Donaghmore area, I know he has ancestors there.  Try: enquiry@uhf.org.uk.

  • Hello,

Yes, thank you so very much for this lead.  I have been in contact with Dr. Roulston and we are still trying to determine if we are related.  We believe we are but have not confirmed it as yet.  He was able to provide information about more siblings of Samuel Ellis.  I'm trying now to determine exactly which families are actually his siblings.   I cannot thank you enough.  I sincerely apologize for the absent response to your Email.  I have a long way to go and I honestly do appreciate any help I receive.

Again, thank you for reaching out.
