Thomas Adams born 1831 arrived 1853 in Victoria Australia, married Sarah Macklin born Newtownstewart. His father John Adams born 1797. Gravestone Kilrea first Presbyterian church reads “erected by John Adams of Claragh in memory of wife Nancy died 14/05/1864 aged 56 years. John Adams died 29/10/1869 aged 72 years. Where was my greatgrandfather Thomas born and on what ship did he sail to Australia on. His wife Sarah together with her 2 sisters arrived on the Phoebe Dunbar.
