Thomas Howard Morrow was born 1883 in Ballyshannon Northern IRELAND - to Thomas MORROW and Eliza HILL.

He was in the Irish constabulary but he resigned.
He emigrated to Australia via the "Somerset" ship leaving 1912 & arriving in Sydney in Jan 1913.
In Parramatta NSW he married Helen Mary Nell HARVEY in 1914. They had four children during their marriage.
He was an elected member of NSW State Parliament from 1922 to 1925.
He sponsored many young Irish women to come to Australia. He wrote a book about Divorce.
He died on 20 February 1971 in Parramatta, New South Wales, at the age of 82yrs, and was buried in Parramatta NSW.
