parish register of Church of Ireland, Drumkeeran, Fermanagh: baptisms in the year 1826: Thomas son of Robt & Mary McVeity was Born of Aughalan and Christened Feby 26th by me, John R. Whitby.
It is assumed Robert and Mary were married in Drumkeeran but a researcher informed me that the earlier register is not available. Mary was nee Brandon, daughter of James Brandon and Ellen/Eleanor Sproul(e). They brought Thomas with them to Canada about 1828 and had 8 more children in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Thomas died in Florida, USA while on vacation but is buried in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
