I also have Quinn ancestors who I believe were from Ennistymon and came to Australia. Bridget Quinn born abt 1793 and married Patrick Foley. Her parents were Patrick Quinn and Mary Looney. Brodget travelled to Australia in 1858 bringing two of her grandchildren with her (one being my 2nd great Da). Some of her children had already made the journey to Australia, she had 9 children in total Bridget died in Carlton, Melbourne and is buried there. I'd love to connect with other Quinn descendants from Ennistymon.
