His wife Jane Lochard's death certificate in 7th Feb 1902 shows she was a widower when she passed away which means Thomas died before 1902.
Thomas & Jane Lochard had 4 children William 1863, Thomas 1864, Mary Jane 1866 & Margaret 1869
