He was born in Ireland in either 1760 or 1770, according to the US Census taken in Union Township, Fayette County, Ohio. He married Parena Bartlett Casebolt in Ohio on 23 February, 1829. There is a record of him being in Loudoun County, Viriginia before he moved to Ohio. I cannot connect him to a location in Ireland, or any immigration records. I would appreciate any help with this.
