I previously posted (Feb 2021) that William Herrell (1804)and his wife, Eleanor Nicholson (1816), were likely from County Sligo. I have since located a marriage record (in Roots Ireland) that reflects his surname ass HARROLL. The marriage took place at a Church of Ireland in Killala County Mayo on May 20, 1829. I have tried numerous spellings to locate other records for William or his brother James (June 1814) and his wife, Mary Patterson (May 1827), but have not been successful. Any further help would be most appreciated.
