Winifred was the 2nd child and daughter of Thomas Kelly and Elizabeth Beirne and granddaughter of James Kelly + Anne Lanaghan and Luke Beirne + Winifred McManus.
She was the twin sister of Brigid/Delia and was born December 27, 1874. She was baptized in a private baptism along with her twin:

Winifred, according to the USA Census of 1900, immigrated to New York in 1890 (possibly with her eldest sister, Mary Anne) and was a Chambermaid at Sloan Maternity Hospital in Manhattan. Her brother Michael who left Ireland in 1903, lists her as his relative of contact.
Unfortunetly, we do not know of Winifred's situation after this date. She might have traveled back to Ireland in August 1949.
