Wanting to get more information on Andrew Henry Lynch .Irish MP and barrister, awarded the compensation for the enslaved people on Pembroke estate in Tobago. Andrew Henry Lynch was born 1792 - 13 July 1847 in France, he was the only son of Patrick Lynch and Jane Kelly.
