John:
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I found a transcription of the marriage record in 1837. See below. I then looked for Anne Ryan baptismal records twnety years earlier from 1837 and there were records in 1813 1815 and 1819. No way of determining if any of these records were for your ancestor. Did not find a baptismal record for Terence. Did not see a civil death record for Terence so he likely died pre-1864. In fact, the 1854 Griffiths Valuarion head of household listing for Mullingar shows a number of Seerys but no Terence but there was an Anne on Main st. in Mullingar. So likely Terence died pre-1854. Unlikely any records exist for his burial.
There are civil death index records for four Anne Seerys around 1865-1866 but you would have to write and get copies of these records. Eventually, they will be placed online.
Find this article on a large cemetery in Mullingar which started in 1891 http://www.advertiser.ie/mullingar/article/58340/over-14000-records-com…
