Thank you for your quick reply. All the information I posted is from my grandmother. From what she said, she must have lived her whole life in Shinrone. I believe there was also extended family around them. Mary married a Connor or O'Connor. Her brother Michael Egan might be easier to trace as he apparently lived there after she left.

I had the same problem that Dolores O'Shea did, I spent a lot of time looking at the 1901 and 1911 census records in Shinrone for your family with no success.
