Thanks for the reply and passing on the data.

I think my James was in Glasgow prior to the start of civil regestration.  To bad my mother (Mountcharles town) didn't know anything about him.  I have data of him from Glasgow but so far have been unable to find him in any of the data available to me in Donegal.
