Canning family

Hi, I am trying to trace Jim and Kay Canning (possibly tax consultants) who lived (possibly on a farm) in Ladytown in 1984 or their daughters Caroline and Jill. Prior to this in the 1960s they lived for a short time in Guildford Surrey where they became friends with my parents (Ian aka John now deceased and Connie (who is Spanish).

My mother Connie would like to make contact if at all possible please. She is now in her 80s and has asked me to help.
Any information would be really helpful please.
