Any historians out there that know where i could find information about this immigration. A lot of the passengers came from Tipperary Co. I have all the information on the Canada side.

Hello James,
I hope this email finds you well. Are you trying to trace your family's information for before they left Ireland or for my information about those who stayed behind? If so, a great place to check, if you haven't already is the birth, death and marriage records database see: https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/. While compulsory registration was in not enforced until 1864, you may be able to trace descendants through this site via the family name and local district; if you have that information. Also, you can search the 1901 and 1911 census here: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/ by the family name and address. Additionally, baptismal records can be traced here: https://registers.nli.ie/. The Local Studies department at Carlow County Library is also a place of rich sources, though some can only be consulted in person such as the archive of the local newspapers that may also be of insight to you! see: http://www.carlowlibraries.ie/explore/local-studies.
I hope this information helps, or at least points you in the right direction. Feel free to get in touch should you need further assistance.
All the best,
Judy

James,
This may be of interest, if you haven't already seen it...
If you search the web for "A Release of Protestant families preparing to emigrate from the counties of Carlow and Wexford in the insuing Spring -- dated (New) Ross, 29th November 1817"
you can view this list (includes Roman Catholic families too) on several websites including www.theshipslist.com
