I am trying to find information on my immigrant great-great grandmother, one Sarah Carroll, born about Dec 1833 to parents Martin Carroll and Mary Burke. She married Luke Mulready, also an immigrant, about 1853 in Rockland or Abington, MA, had six children. She died at age 67, is buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Rockland, MA. I believe she might have been the Sarah Carroll I found on a passenger list as traveling on the ship "Isaac Wright' from Liverpool to NY, arriving 26 Feb 1849, USA. I would like to know where she was from, who were her family, who might have traveled with her. 'Sarah Carroll' seems to be a very common name, which has made further discoveries challenging. Any sort of help will be appreciated. Thank you!

Hello again!
I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland and did not locate a baptismal record for a Sarah Carroll with parents Martin Carroll and Mary Burke anywhere in Ireland. Likely she was baptized in a parish that no longer has records back to 1833. You may want to add Sarah's emigration story to our XO Chronicles site and possibly someone will see a connection.

Dear Roger,
Thank you for your generous efforts! You are very kind! Do you know of a Mulready's Pub somewhere in Roscommon, in or near a "Sixmilebridge'? One of my cousins visited around 2003, but I haven't found it with google searches. The "Sixmilebridge" I did find is in Co. Clare, I think. I will work on the Chronicles angle for both families, soon.
My best wishes to you!

Right, Sixmilebride is in Co. Clare not far from Shannon Airport. The only Mulreadys Pub I located was in Emporia Kansas.
