I'm looking for documentation on Catherine C. Graham whom I believe was born in County Cork on November 10, 1944. She married Bryan Bernard Callaghan. They emigrated to America, possibly in 1858. She died in Akron, Ohio, on April 13, 1914. Any assistance in documenting her life will be appreciated.

I searched Roots Ireland and www.irishgenealogy.ie and the closest baptismal record in Co. Cork for a Catherine Graham was in 1833.
Catherine Graham May 16 1833 RC parish of Charleville father Cornelius Graham mother Ellen Kitson.

Roger, thank you! Your help is very encouraging! Would you recommend I subscribe to Roots Ireland? I have more relatives I am trying to research but, as I mentioned in another reply, I am an amateur at this trying to find the most reliable sources of information.

Roots Ireland has daily and monthly subscriptions in addition to yearly. However, if you are just starting out, you might want to wait until you have more firm information on your ancestors.
