You did not indicate whether Catherine was alive or deceased. If she is still living, for privacy reasons, we can't do any research other than give you some general info.

We only have online access to civil births thru 1920 and marriages thru 1945. The name is fairly common. I checked familysearch.org which has birth index records and there were eight Catherine Egan births in the Republic of Ireland in 1941.

There are 5 Catherine Egan births in 1941 in Ireland all different counties and 2 Patrick Kenny.

The only marriage I could located was an 1867 marriage of a Catherine Eagney and a Patrick Kenny near Ballyhaunis Co. Mayo. This couple had at least six children: Bridget, Margaret, Mary Anne, Catherine, Celia and John. Any connection?
