My gran was Bridget Smyth her parents were James Smyth and Catherine Smyth nee Byrne/ O'byrne
Catherine was born on 12/10/1864 in Dublin... daughter of William O'Byrne and Bridget Smyth nee Morrisey
Catherine had 2 sisters Ann Byrne 20/6/1861 and Ellen Byrne 30/11/1869
She married James Smyth on the 15th June 1884 in Dublin. They went on to have 7 children Patrick 25/7/1885 at 49 Jarvis Street Dublin

Catherine Smyth 9/4/1897 North Shields England

Catherine Byrne died on the 8/11/1920 in Dunfermline
