I am looking for any relatives of the Cawleys that lived in Ballygibbon in the famine times up to the 1880's
My great grandfather was Daniel Cawley born to James Cauley and Alice Pound in 1845

I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland and there was a July 22 1842 baptismal record for a Daniel Cawley with father James and mother Alice. No last name was provided for Alice. The RC church was Cloughjordan in Co. Tipperary. The family was living in Glenahilty which is in Ballygibbon civil parish. This Daniel had a brother Philip baptized May 12 1847 in Cloughjordan and his mother was Alice Pound.
