I am looking for any of these surnames in the 1840s. I am at a major brickwall with this family who went to America in 1848.

found on LDS Microfilm- Mary of Luke Coffey and Biddy Delaney, baptized 01/05/1829, Aharney sponsors- Michael Phelan and Mary Phelan

William, of Luke Coffey and Biddy Delaney, baptized 03/09/1831 Aharney Ellen, of Luke Coffee and Bridget Delaney, baptized, 08/25/1839, Ballygowney.

Luke was also a sponsor with Catherine Fitzpatrick & for John, of James Coffee and Mary Holihan, baptized, 08/25/1843, Ballygowney.

Michael, of Luke Coffee and Bridget Delaney, baptized, 10/11/1844, Ballygowney. Sponsors, Ned Reade-Margaret Malone.

Bridget, of Luke Coffey and Bridget Delaney, baptized 2/1/1847, Ballygooney, that's what it looks like.. Sponsors, James Lanigan and Cath. Delaney.

This information in the parochial registers of Lisdowney, County Killkenny. FHC film # 979701.

My Patrick b. between 1829-1830 in Ireland is not listed.. did that page fall out of the register or was skipped over during microfilming?

I have not found any other records for Luke & Bridget Delaney Coffey anywhere online. I need helpful suggestions, maybe contact info for a researcher in the area????

The subscription site Roots Ireland has six baptismal records for children of Luke Coffy and Bridget Delaney. Your have four and there were two others but no record for Patrick.

John baptized May 21 1837 parents Luke Coffy and Bridget Delaney Lisdowney church

Ellen baptized August 25 1839 same parents and church

I did not find a marriage record but Lisdowney marriages start in late November 1828 and since Mary was baptized January 5 1829, the marriage likely occurred in early 1828 before records are available.

Here is a link to the parish register https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0996   I would scan the baptismal records for 1832 and the starting in 1834 to see if you see Patrick's baptismal record. Possibly the entry was illegible and as a result not transcribed by Roots Ireland.
