The originals of the Magheraculmoney Church of Ireland records are held by the Rector of the parish. Contact him well in advance of your visit, to make an appointment. The Church of Ireland charges a fee to view the original records which I think is around £12 (sterling) an hour.

Alternatively there is a microfilm copy of the same records in PRONI (the public record office) in Belfast where you can view them free, and without an appointment.
I looked in the 1901 census for Fermanagh and there were no people named Nethery in the county then. There were 56 in Tyrone. 6 Cooper in Fermanagh and 57 in Tyrone. I looked in the local phone book for the Ederney area (BT93) but did not see any Nethery or Cooper entries there. However many people aren’t listed these days and so you might need to ask in the village, to see if anyone knows of any there today.
