I tried to find a townland close to the spelling of Aghaninshun and the closest I could locate was Aghanursan in Tullyfern civil parish. Not sure if that is your location.
In any event, finding RC records pre-1850 is extemely difficult in Co. Donegal. If Tullyfern civil parish is correct, the RC records for the area start in 1868.
I was unable to find any Daly/Daley records in Tullyfern parish in the Tithe listings and the 1857 Griffiths for the parish also did not have any Daly/Daley records.
Did Bridget emigrate or stay in Ireland?

I suspect that Aghaninshun may be the civil parish of Aghanunshin (RC parish of Aughnish). Unfortunately, as with so many RC parishes in Donegal. It’s records only start in 1873 so it will be difficult, if not impossible, to find much about a family born there in the 1700s.

Thank you so much for your knowledgeable responses.
Bridget actually imigrated to the states (PA) with her husband and we have death certifcates. We are just unable to trace back anything other than names of her parents.

Neither the tithe applotment records (1834) not Griffiths Valuation c 1855 have any Daly/Daley households in Aghanunshin parish. There are about 200 Daly/Daley in the 1901 census of Donegal so the name is found in the county but it’s not very common.

I checked the 1834 Tithe listings for Aghanunshin parish (as correctly identified by Elwyn) but there were no Daly/Daley records. Closest surnames were Deeny and Delap.
