I am researching my Dancey family (paternal side were Dancey. We have gotten as far back as John Edward Dancey born abt 1803 possibly in Co Monaghan. He then moved to Co Cavan where he resided until his death in March of 1849. He married Margaret Caffrey, who was born in Cavan in 1807. They went on to have five children that we have found, Edward James b 1830, James Henry b 1832, Matty b 1833, Susan b 1835 and Samuel b 1839. I believe it was Edward James that came to Canada with Samuel. I am sure there were other children born , however I have not found any nor has anyone else that is researching this family. I am looking for a marriage record for John Edward and Margaret Caffrey , as I am hoping there are parents listed. Any help with this will be most appreciated
