Doherty's of Coote Hill

My name is Pat Evans.

My Mother was Frances Jane Doherty, her Farther was Joseph Doherty late of Coote Hill.  He was one of seven children to Charles Doherty, a master butcher of Market Street Coote hill. His wife was Mary Jane Irwin.

Both myself and my sister will be visiting Ireland at the begining of June this year and plan to visit to Coote Hill.

Are there any ancestors/relatives still living in Coote hill or nearby? it would be lovely to find out,as I have been researching  my family for a couple of years.

I would be so grateful for any help or any Doherty's to get in touch.
