You have the names of Margaret's parents I preusme from her baptismal record. Tracking her father would be difficult. The 1849 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Graiguenamanagh civil parish does show a James Kinsella on High St. in the town but there is no way to confirm if that is Margaret's father. John Doyle is listed in Ballynakill. Civil registration of deaths started in 1864. http://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths/kilkenny/graiguenamanagh.htm

Death index records from 1864-1877 are available on www.irishgenealogy.ie   Actual images are available from 1878-1966. We expect that earlier death record images will be added over the next year.  I did find a James Kinsella index record in 1865 in the Thomastown registration district (which includes Graiguenamanagh) but there is no way to determine if this is your ancestor without viewing the record. I did not see a record for Anastasia.

I did locate a baptismal record on Roots Ireland of a possible sister to Mary and Michael. Could be another family.
