Do you happen to know the names of Ellen's parents?
The subscription site Roots Ireland has 20 baptismal records for an Ellen Kelly from 1825-1835 in Co. Galway. Only one record was for 1830 and that Ellen was baptized in November. Also, many Galway RC parishes do not have records back to 1830 so it is possible that your Ellen was baptized in one of those parishes.
