Enniscorthy church records before 1794/1798

A researcher in a privately published 1980 publication (Angela Young, Ripe for Harvest, Moss Vale, New South Wales) quoted specific parish records from Enniscorthy in 1746, 1768, 1769, 1772, 1774 and 1776. Catholic records are available only from 1794 and Church of Ireland only from 1798. She gave an exact date only for the baptism of James Byrne.

The records are as follows:

Baptism of John Byrne: 1746

Marriage of John Byrne and Ann (or Nancy) Byrne: 1768

Baptism of children of John Byrne and Ann/Nancy Byrne:

James 3 September 1769

Thomas 1772

Patrick 1774

Andrew 1776

James Byrne (1769-1849) was a rebel transported in 1800 for his part in the 1798 Rebellion and is rather famous in Australia. Thomas (1772-1872!!!) was the ancestor of my grandchildren and he migrated voluntarily in about 1856 to join his two sons who had come to Australia on assisted passages in 1840 and 1842. The family were Catholic. Thomas's parents were definitely "John and Nancy" (documented in his death certificate) but the parentage of James rests entirely on this record that has not been properly sourced and has not been seen in recent years.

Another family member I worked with said that Angela Young told me he had seen these records and saw the scrap of paper she had written them on. I think they are likely to be correct, but I would love to see an image or get confirmation of some sort that they are.

Any suggestions if or how I can confirm these Enniscorthy records? Please..  Whatever might Angela Young have seen?.
