Esther Knox nee Thompson as known as Essie of Advarney,

I am looking for any information with regards to my Great Grandmother Esther Knox nee Thompson, very tall woman, Church of Ireland and lived at in about the 1960's Advarney Gate Lodge derney near Mesh Co Fermanagh Northern Ireland.  Her grandson William Spink last visted her around that time or just before.  I am lead to believe she was a very strong and opinionated woman with strong beliefs.  She had a daughter named Eliza Jane Knox, with red hair and Eliza Jane married my Grandfather Acheson Spink.

I would love any information on this side of my family as I have never known any of my grandparents sadly.  I was in Ireland in December of this year 2019 but had no idea where to look, 

Would love to hear from anyone even a picture of that area if someone was willing.
