Looking for information about Eugene Higgins - born ABT. 1790 in Ireland. Arrived in Norfolk, Virginia 1805 and the family has been there ever since.
Family stories state we came from County Cork. Eugene was a Sea captain and family has a long history of an Association with the SEA.
Also we have a paragraph in a book about one ancestor that stated his family was associated with a Rebellion. leader named Lord Edward FitzGerald.
