I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and did not find the marriage record or a baptismal record for Mary Horan with the parents names provided. Likely the events took place in a parish that no longer has records back to the early 1800s.
You may want to consider a DNA test. You may get matches with people who have Cody/Horan connections.
