An ancestor Martin Treacy lived in Bawnmadrum, Bourney, Co. Tipp. in the late 1700's. He received an annuity from English landowners James and Elizabeth Hutchinson beginning in 1786. I have a copy of that document. I believe Martin used the money to purchase land in Bawnmadrum North.
How can I obtain a copy of Martin's will, probated 1796, and also his son's will, probated 1831 (also named Martin)? I have the index records but not the actual wills.
Where do I look for land ownership/sales records in the late 1700's thru late 1800's/early 1900's, for North Riding Tipperary?
