I have images of some letters (1836-1943) written by the McKenney family of Knockbrack and Ardahee, Leck Civil Parish, and Calhame, Convoy Civil Parish, both in Co. Donegal, to their relatives in the U.S.A. describing their family and relationships with Culbert family members there and also in the U.S.A., and also related Gallaghers of Aughagault, Convoy Civil Parish, County Donegal. Hi, my great grandmother was Ellen Rutherford, 1842-1925, daughter of John, from Magheracorran, Convoy. Ellen married Thomas Loughlin from Lettermore, in 1863. The Rutherford family came from this area in the 1800s but I don't know if they were originally Irish or came over with the Scottish settlers, there are lots of Rutherfords in Scotland.
