A check of www.rootsireland.ie did not show and person named Conleth Grennell. There are 7 marriages recorded between 1802 and 1902 in various parts of Ireland - Waterford to Belfast. Baptisms St. Michael's, Limerick of James Grenell on March 16th 1780 and Bridget on February 1st 1783. Nothin found for County Cork.
The spelling varies - Grennell - Grenell - McGranill
