I have an ancestor in the USA named Anna Hagan, and I would greatly love to trace her roots back to family origins in Ulster.
Here's what I know:
Anna Hagan born 14 Oct 1845 in Pennsylvania, USA
died 1 Nov 1918 in Pennsylvania, USA
(spouse = Elijah Hutchinson)
I have no information about Anna's parents.
Can anyone help?

Took a quick look over at https://familysearch.org/search/record/results#count=20&query=%2Bgivenname%3AElijah~%20%2Bsurname%3AHutchinson~%20%2Bbirth_place%3APennsylvania~%20%2Bbirth_year%3A1824-1827~%20%2Bresidence_place%3APennsylvania~%20%2Bspouse_givenname%3AAnna~%20%2Bspouse_surname%3AHagan~&collection_type=0 and did see your family unit there, although not for the 1880 census (do not know why 1880 census is not showing now at LDS family search). Looked over at Heritage Quest and they are showing in1880 East Ward Pottstown, Pa. Anna middle initial showing as M. Her parents are listed as father POB New York & mother as POB New Jersey. If you have a library card, you might be able to access this through you library online site.
These leads should help to identify which ones came from Ireland, and the site http://www.irish-genealogy-toolkit.com/index.html will explain about Irish records and how to find them.
