DNA is pointing to Ballinahinch, County Tipperary for the location of the husband of Catherine Ryan my 3rd gg born around 1804. Unfortunately, she was widowed when she emigrated about 1848 to Illinlois and then to Wisconsin with son, Patrick, 2n.gg, born about 1825, sister, Mary born about 1830 and brother, Jeremiah (Darby) born about 1832-1837. Catherine's maiden name has been narrowed to Kinane, Quinlan, Gleeson with very strong DNA. There is also a clue with a DNA 4-6 th cousin from the same family for both the surname of Ctherine and her Ryan husbsnd. This DNA cousin has James Ryan 1851-1925 as a grandfather.. He is married to Bridget Mulcahy 1861-1919. James Ryan's parents are Martin Ryan married Margaret O'Brien. I have the obit for James Ryan. If Irish naming pattern holds true, Catherine's husband's name would be John Ryan. Thank you for any help.

Unfortunately, the baptismal records for Ballynahinch/Killoscully RC parish start July 7 1839 and from your message, it appears all children were born before that date. They also do not have any death records. https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0240
I did search the subscription site Roots Ireland from 1839-1847 on the off chance there was a child born but again because of the surname Ryan there were 17 possibilities where a Ryan child with a mother named Catherine was baptized in Ballynahinch parish.
I also looked at the 1827 Tithe listings for Killoscully civil parish and as expected there were 39 Ryan records for the parish so we can't use those records unless you have found a placename where the family lived.

Thanks for looking. As far as Catherine, DNA points strongly to Upperchurch with possible surnames of Quinlan, Kinane or Gleeson. If her son, Patrick married to Ellen Power in Illinois, followed the Irish pattern, their first son was John followed by the second son, Peter. So husband of Catherine could be John Ryan. Catherine’s father would then be Peter.

It is worth noting that while the RC baptism register for Ballinahinch Killoscully parish commences from 1839 many earlier baptisms for Ballinahinch and Killoscully townlands can be found within the older baptism registers for Newport parish. Therefore anybody looking for baptismal records prior to 1839 for Ballinahinch should search the baptism registers for Newport available on NLI online.
