Can anyone tell me what could be on a death certificate. I think I had a relative die in 1905 in Co. Galway. She was single and I know her parents names. Can anyone tell me before I send for a death certificate if her parents names would be on there? And possibly where she was living? Thanks!

The death certificate will have the townland where she was living. An informant is listed which would likely be her father if she was living with her parents. The name of the other parent would not be shown. Date of death and cause of death will be listed as well as the date of birth.
