I am looking to find information about my Fleming ancestors who came to Canada from Ireland in the late 1820s. 

Thomas Fleming (born about 1772) came to Canada with his wife Mary (born about 1788) and seven of his children all of whom were born in the county of Waterford:

Mary Fleming born about 1805

James Fleming born about 1810

Thomas Fleming born about 1819

Johanna Fleming born about 1821

Nicholas Fleming born about 1823

John Fleming born about 1824

Bridget Fleming born about 1827

The family settled in Ste-Brigitte-de-Laval which is about 20 km outside of Quebec City, Canada.  Many Irish families settled this area.

It is thought that the family came over to Canada in three different groupings with the oldest children coming over first.  There is also family lore that says the Flemings were from the Annestown area but I have not been able to find any proof of this information.

The information about the date of births is mainly from death records. 

Any help would be most appreciated.

    I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland and did not find any baptismal records for the children.

    You mention Annestown which is in Dunhill civil parish and the related RC parish is also called Dunhill. Unfortunately, baptismal records for the parish start in 1829  https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/1106  which is after the year when the last Fleming child was born. This explains why I did not find any baptismal records. I also did not find a marriage record.
