Hello !!
I need some help interpreting this death certificate. (please see attached). This family has always lived in Duncormick, County Wexford. (see notation) All births, and Griffith's were in Duncormick. So can someone clarify that Bridget did die in Duncormick? And then why is the certificate filed in Bannow? Is that a hospital there? Or did the family move there sometime after Griffith's? I need to understand the significance of Bannow on this certificate. Thank you for your time.

Welcome back!
Bridget did die in Duncormick (see first column on left next to 124) and the death was reported by John Whelan presumably her husband. The Registrar's district was Bannow and the Superintendent's Registrars District was Wexford. Let me know if you have further questions.
