John & Mary immigrated from Liverpool on the Henry Clay to New York City, April 26, 1847 with Edward, Oliver, Patrick and Bernard, my gggrandfather.
Bernard moved to New Jersey and died in 1872 at the age of 36. One of his obits said he immigrated from County Meath with four brothers, listed above and Michael and a sister, never named.
An Emigrant Savings Bank record for Oliver also says he was from County Meath. The McMahon brothers were in the cooperage business in New York and New Jersey. DNA shows we are Colla Clan McMahon's. I have researched since 1999 through a local Family History Cener, Ancestry.com & Irish National Archives, Dublin Library and Meath Heritage Center and have hundreds of documents. I also hired a professional researcher. Through all this research I have not been able to locate the family parish or town.
I would appreciate any help you could give.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I looked on Roots Ireland and possibly your family came from Kells. I located a baptismal record for an Oliver McMahon. There was also an 1823 record for a Patrick plus an Anne in 1820 and a Bridget in 1826. The 1820, 1823 and 1826 showed Bridget Kiernan as the mother and the 1834 record showed Bridget McMahon. Looks like there is a six month gap in baptismal records for Kells in the early part of 1828. This may not be your family since a record for Edward, Bernard and Michael did not show up.
Let me know what questions you have.

With all the research you had already done, I was not optimistic that I would find your family. All the best with your ongoing research.
Roger
