I am looking for birth records for these three brothers to confirm that they are from the parish of Mullahorn (sic--as given in the Missing Connection item quoted below) in County Cavan, as suggested by a Missing Connections post of 8 Nov 1873.in the Boston (USA) Pilot.
The brothers were living in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, in 1870. Their parents were John Duffy and Cecilia Daly. Their cousin Patrick Duffy lived in Waltham, Massachusetts in November 1873.

The records for the RC parish of Mullahoran and Loughduff start in January 1859. https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0162 From your note it would appear the Duffy brothers were born pre-1850 and therefore no records are available. Civil registration did not begin until 1864.
The civil parish for the Duffy parish was likely Drumlumman.
