Kathleen Kane

Looking for informatioin on Kathleen Joyce Kane born 18 June 1914 (although she used 1911 on her marriage certificate - maybe so she would appear 21).

She was raised by Margaret and Hugh Duffy who were living in Dawsongrove Co Monaghan in 1911 and in rockcorry, Co Monaghan in 1916.  Margaret Duffy had given birth to 2 children, but one died so it is believed Kathleen was boarded out - given to the Duffy's to raise.

I have a photograph of a building with R&OB Orphanage Sept 1935 written on the back so it may be that Kathleen was in an orphanage before the Duffy's took her in.

Kathleen told me she was born in Dublin but raised in Belfast - (but she also said her birth surname was Duffy - which it wasn't)

Can anybody help identify the orphanage ? or info on how to find out as I cannot find a birth record for her in Ireland.
