Hello I am looking for help With Kehoe and Hughes's names
Bartholomew Kehoe Cill Teile Co Wexford. I can't find his birth. He is in the 1901 & 1911 census
He died on the 24th of April in the county home in Wexford, His wife Mary Hughes I don't have a birth date but I have a death date as 12th Jan 1901.
I have found 8 of their family Birth dates: John, Mary, Lizzy, Luke, Henry, Ann, Margaret, and Ellen But cannot find Katie anywhere
Katie is in the 1901 census age 19.
I know in the 1901 US census -Henry, Margaret & Lizzy are living at 426 28th place west Chicago, Cook county, Illinois

Here's a link to Catherine/Katie's birth 17th July 1881, parents Bartholomew Kehoe and Mary Hughes, father's occupation is shown as Farmer, the place of birth appears to be 'Clorogebeg', more usually 'Cloroge Beg' which is a townland in Templeshanbo civil parish about 3.5 km (~2 miles) north of the town of Kiltealy.
Unfortunately it's not looking good for early Catholic records for your Kehoe/Hughes family, the parish for this area is Ballindaggin - one of the chapels for the parish was in the town of Kiltealy. Ballindaggin registers are only available back to 1871, so civil records seem to be the only option, so back to 1864. I dont see a likely match for Bartholomew and Mary's marriage in civil records, but will try a few more searches and update here...
Bartholomew would have been born well before the start of civil records, c1842 if the 1901 census is accurate, so there would be no birth records - there might be a baptism record depending on which parish he was born in.
