I hope I located the correct family.

I searched on the subscription site Roots Ireland and found four baptismal records in Clongeen RC parish where the parents were Thomas Kelly and Elizabeth Neville. See below. Looks like the family moved around somewhat. Initially they were in Clongeen civil parish but in 1862, they were living in Tinnarath townland which is in Inch civil parish just to the west of Clongeen parish. Here is the parish register https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0589 maybe you can find additional records. I did not locate the marriage.

Im not sure if its the right family - Thomas Kelly married Elizabeth Kehoe.
They had children Michael, Mary,Patrick, Kitty, Thomas. Mary being my grandmother.
The father of Thomas was James Kelly.
