I'm looking for any information about Killeleas or Killileas from Killaan. (The spelling varies in the records.)
My great great grandfather James Killelea came from "Killane Parish, Co. Galway" to Ottawa, Illinois about 1845 with brothers John and Michael and sister Ann. This seems to be Killaan, which no longer functions as a parish. Have the records moved to Bullaun? Have not been able to get a reply from Fr Pat Kenny of Bullaun.
There will be a reunion for everyone named Killalea, Killelea, or Killilea, or married to or descended from one, this June in Galway City:

Please write Patrick Killelea at p@patrick.net for more info.

Hi Patrick,
Thank you very much for your query on Ireland Reaching Out. The civil parish of Killaan still exists ans is situated north of Loughrea in Galway. Please post your query on the parish profile page here: http://www.irelandxo.com/group/killaan-galway The parish is not yet active, but you can still post your message on the parish page. You could try writing to the parish priest for Killaan, and hopefully you will receive a response about your query.
That is great news about your family/clan reunion. You're very organised indeed! You and your family members must stay in touch with Ireland Reaching Out. There will be a Week of Welcomes the week after in some of the local communities in Galway during the last week of June. This does not mean that you and your families cannot meet members of the local communities. If you keep in touch with us, we will try to ensure that there will be meet and greeters available to welcome you all to the places you would like to visit (such as Killaan). Please ask the clan members to get in touch with Ireland Reaching Out and to register and join their parish. There are many volunteers who are very active on our website and who would love to meet you all!
Kind regards,
Sinead Cooney
